Eco modular classrooms

Calming and inspiring

Eco-friendly, modular classrooms

Our eco-friendly, modular classrooms are thoughtfully designed to help students and staff to thrive in a high-quality learning environment.

Giving students a beautiful, healthy, and calming classroom that they value can positively contribute to their health, behaviour, attendance, and attititude towards learning.

We work with UK schools that want to stand apart through their offering to students, parents, and staff alike, whilst also reducing their carbon footprint with their classroom facilities.

High-quality learning environment

The naturally light and airy design and curved modular structure of our ARC buildings creates a calming and inspiring classroom environment to nurture children’s growth. There is a subliminal education and appreciation given to children provided by the ARC’s commitment to sustainability.

Our curved modular structure is designed around forms found in nature, and our designs seek to maximise human comfort, which helps to create a positive learning environment where students and staff can feel calmer, more inspired, happier and healthier.

Classroom design options

Understanding the requirements of the staff and students who will use each classroom is important to us, so we work very closely with every client during a custom design consultation.

We offer a number of classroom layout options, from traditional layouts arranged around rows of desks, to more agile multifunctional layouts that could include zoned areas within a more informal structure.

We offer individual modular classrooms through to entire school buildings, which can include multiple interlinked buildings with office, staff and WC blocks, as required. Our classrooms can also be connected to existing school buildings with covered walkways, if required.

We aim to work with each school’s timeframes as far as possible. The offsite construction process means that the time we spend onsite is kept to a minimum, therefore avoiding undue disruption to the school. Despite this, we usually work with schools to plan the delivery and installation of the modular classroom outside of school hours, often during school holidays.
